Mineral Processing Crushing Applications

In the mineral processing industry, double-roll crushers or high-pressure roller mills are employed for fine crushing operations. Positioned upstream of ball mills, they can reduce 2-3 cm ore particles to less than 1 mm, significantly enhancing the operational efficiency of mineral processing ball mills and boosting overall production productivity.    

The four-toothed roller crusher uses four high-strength and wear-resistant rollers. The upper and lower rollers can choose toothed rollers or smooth rollers according to needs. The high extrusion force and shearing force generated by relative rotation are used to crush materials. After the material enters the gap between the upper two toothed rollers (V-shaped crushing cavity), it is squeezed and sheared by the relative rotation of the two toothed rollers. After the material is squeezed and sheared (coarse crushing), it enters the lower two relatively rotating rollers again. , and then squeezed, sheared, and ground (finely broken) by the lower two rollers into the required particle size and sent out by the conveying equipment.
