Bluestone double roller crusher has two independently driven rollers. These rollers crush materials by squeezing and shearing through rotation. Materials fall between the rollers via the feeding port. Finished products fall naturally after being crushed. When encountering hard materials, hydraulic cylinders or springs let the rollers give way. This increases the gap between the rollers, letting hard materials fall naturally. This prevents damage to the machine. The rollers rotate in opposite directions. Adjusting the hydraulic cylinder or spring pressure controls the product's output size.
