In sand production lines, the double-roll crusher functions as a sand-making machine, offering advantages such as no wear parts, low maintenance costs, adjustable sand particle size, high yield rate, and excellent sand particle shape. It is widely used in the sand-making industry.

Mineral Processing Crushing Applications

In the mineral processing industry, double-roll crushers or high-pressure roller mills are employed for fine crushing operations. Positioned upstream of ball mills, they can reduce 2-3 cm ore particles to less than 1 mm, significantly enhancing the operational efficiency of mineral processing ball mills and boosting overall production productivity.

1. Through the feeder, materials evenly delivered to the crusher.

2. After primary crushing of jaw crusher, a closed system is formed by vibrating screen. Final is discharged by belt conveyor , which is continuous crushing operations.

3. Jaw mobile crusher can remove vibrating screen to realize primary crushing of raw material directly according to the actual production. It can be used with other broken equipment which is easy and flexible to operate.
