PE/PEX Series Jaw Crushers is of single toggle type, and used widely in mine, metallurgy, construction, road, railway, hydro-electric and chemistry etc. It is suitable for the primary or secondary crush of large rock with compressive resistance no more than 320MPa. PE Jaw Crusher is used for primary crushing, and PEX jaw crusher is used for secondary and fine crushing.

Sand Production Application

In sand production lines, the double-roll crusher functions as a sand-making machine, offering advantages such as no wear parts, low maintenance costs, adjustable sand particle size, high yield rate, and excellent sand particle shape. It is widely used in the sand-making industry.

Mineral Processing Crushing Applications

In the mineral processing industry, double-roll crushers or high-pressure roller mills are employed for fine crushing operations. Positioned upstream of ball mills, they can reduce 2-3 cm ore particles to less than 1 mm, significantly enhancing the operational efficiency of mineral processing ball mills and boosting overall production productivity.    

The motor drives the belts and the belt wheels, and make the movable jaw up and down by the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw descends, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the materials can be crushed; when the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw becomes bigger; and the movable jaw plate leaves from the fixed jaw by the function of the tension rod and the spring. And then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.
